FAQs

Straight answers

The questions site and project managers ask us most.

How does the quoting process work?

Send an enquiry with the equipment, location and rough dates. We check availability and rates across our supplier network and come back with a single, itemised quote, usually the same working day.

How quickly can equipment be delivered?

For common items in most parts of the UK, next-day delivery is typical. Specialist plant and large packages need a little more notice.

Where do you cover?

UK-wide. Because we source through third-party suppliers rather than a single depot, we can usually find the right equipment close to your site wherever it is.

What does 'one point of contact' actually mean?

You get one named person who handles the whole hire: quote, booking, delivery scheduling, on-hire issues, extensions and collection. You never have to explain the job twice or chase multiple suppliers.

Can you supply operators as well as equipment?

Yes. Trained and ticketed operators can be supplied alongside plant, powered access and traffic management. Tick the operator option on the enquiry form.

Do you carry out site surveys?

We do. If you're not sure what the job needs, such as access constraints, lift heights or welfare requirements, request a site survey and we'll spec it properly before quoting.

Is it more expensive than going direct?

No. We negotiate rates across a network of suppliers and pass on competitive, market-beating pricing, while removing the admin of managing several accounts.

What size projects do you take on?

Any size. A single tool for a two-day job is as welcome as a full multi-category package on a long construction programme.
